Dear Members:
As discussed in the past, we want to have a LPS directory which is updated every year with basic information. We have grown to over 500 members and communication is difficult at the time of social event, specially for invitations. There are several lists floating around and most of them are incomplete. So most of you have requested some sort of list. We agreed and proposing to restart a directory project left incomplete 12 years ago.
Please fill the attached form and bring it to next LPS event. Feel free to pass to your friends and family. We want to collect as much information as possible from our samaj which could be extended to whole USA in near future.
As usual we need your cooperation in returning this information asap. It is complicated and it will require some modification. Yes, we will listen to your suggestions along the way. But we have to start now. We are planning to have directory by next annual party which is about 50 days from now so act fast.
You may return all this list electronically to me or physically to your rep or bring in at the Garba. Please don't give to us at Apna Bazar or Grocery Store, if you prefer to mail send them at

Please send a check for 2007 dues @35 per person, to your representatives by May 14, 2007 or $50 per person after May 14, 2007 with $11 late fee
Please notify your representatives about: Number of people attending the event, change of address and current contact information.
Most of you have provided us your current email address, some of you who have not please do so ASAP.

As announced earlier, we will not be calling anybody starting 2005 for all events. We will send you an email for each event.
People who don't have computer access may communicate with there representative periodically or provide them cell phone for contact.

As our
samaj expands and many of our members are moving to different areas in New
England, it has generated a need to divide the samaj into districts. A total of
six districts have been formed and a representative as been selected to
represent their district and its members. If a member has any concerns, comments
or suggestions, they should address them to their representative. Below is the
list of districts that have been formed and the name of the representative for
each. In the future we must have one member from each district, so please
join us in the annual meetings.
